Since being established in 1995 CRS Executive Search & Selection has built an enviable brand name for quality executive recruitment services through the level of our expertise, trust, integrity and value we bring to our Clients and Candidates alike. Initially CRS focussed upon the Process Control and Instrumentation Industry, one continuously at the forefront of technological innovation and then, as now, was poorly technically understood in recruitment terms. It is an industry sitting across such important sectors as Petroleum Refining, Oil & Gas Production, Pulp & Paper, Chemicals, HVAC, Food Processing, Power Generation, Water Treatment, and many many more.

CRS brought 35 years of experience of working within that Industry into the recruitment process by applying our hands-on knowledge of the Process Control Industry, it's markets, it's members, suppliers and market support infrastructure together with our engineering knowledge of the products, their application and the systems design used within it.
